We offer a very interesting position of Global Account Manager to our global team. 

Do you want to work in a growing and dynamic global company who focuses on end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain solutions? Are you a customer-oriented experienced professional who thrive working with customers in a strategic account management role?

Currently we are looking to expand our team with an additional Global Account Manager within our commercial team. Job location might be the Nordics, Germany, or Poland . We are looking for an experienced energetic account manager with a customer-focused mindset whom will manage strategic western/central European customer accounts.

If you are the person we are looking for, your main responsibility would be to drive the customer accounts’ strategy, develop the customer relationship and handle communication, making sure customer needs are understood, and that actions are taken to fulfill customer and internal targets.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and creating strategic customer account plans for sustainable, profitable growth
• Responsibility for customer relationship and customer satisfaction improvements
• Responsibility for customer accounts’ sales, profitability and accuracy of sales forecast
• Managing RFQs and business proposals
• Maintaining CRM system updated
• Negotiating and updating customer contracts and quarterly sales prices.

To succeed in this position, you should:

• have minimum 5 years of experience of account management
• have university/college education
• be experienced in the EMS business area and have basic understanding of production methods, supply chain managements and logistics
• be able to lead cross functional team in global matrix organization & be a strong communicator with capability of handling both external and internal customers
• have business acumen with negotiation skills and a strategic, holistic mindset
• be a team player who can work with customers and colleagues from various cultures
• fluent in spoken and written English
• good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
