Come and join our HR team and be on the front line in bringing Cimcorpers together! We are looking for a future HR professional to learn and grow with us during the summer 2023.

As HR Trainee, you will be part of the HR team and assist in various daily HR tasks and projects in Finland and globally. Your main tasks will be related to HR system and process development together with the team, Global Mobility and Business Travel and HR system update. It is possible to emphasize the tasks according to your personal interests and previous experience.

You will be part of the professional team, who will support your success from the beginning. You will be given a good introduction to your tasks and the company. In our team, the questions are always welcome.

To succeed as a trainee, we hope you

• are at the mid or final stages of your studies e.g. Business Administration, HR or similar field
• have good co-operation and customer service skills
• are proficient at English and Finnish
• are motivated to learn about HRM and have an international mindset
• are willing to take responsibility and accountability
