You will join a team of fifteen bad-ass data scientists, who are the spine for our whole business. We ambitiously apply data science to the most relevant business problems, develop high-quality code and coding practices together with high level of automation, as well as relentlessly focusing on customer service, ensuring an unmatched end-user experience.

 

What you will do as a Junior Data Scientist (Summer trainee):

As a Junior Data Scientist (summer trainee), you will have a unique opportunity to experience both the product development and customer delivery sides of data science work. For instance, in one week you will be helping a customer delivery team to solve customer-related problems, and in another week you will be helping a product or data science team developing a new method or improving an existing one. More specifically,

• Do exploratory data analysis with customer data (using e.g. Python and pandas), solve customer-specific issues and business problems.
• Help onboard new customers to our marketing analytics service/platform: set up data flow from customer to Sellforte.
• Participate in product development: communicate new learnings and insights, as well as develop new features and automation directly to the product.
• Collaborate with other data scientists and data engineers to implement and train predictive machine learning models, such as time series forecasting Bayesian models to statistically infer causal impacts.
