What will you be doing?

As a lead consultant, you seek and implement solutions for our customers and make sure they are happy and the projects successful.

You take a key role in supporting sales. More specifically, together with your team lead and our sales team, you will meet our customers, assess their needs, offer your support in drafting offers and participate in negotiations.

Over the course of the projects, you support the companies we work for in perfecting their CI/CD practices , using e.g. GitLab/Github through architectural guidance, best practices, migration strategies, capacity planning, implementation and troubleshooting.

Besides, you hold a mentor hat and make sure your more junior colleagues follow the plan. You accompany them in their learning path by providing all the guidance they might need, in order to prevent issues or fix them when they arise.

Being a lead consultant does not mean you will be left alone. You will join a mix of full-fledged DevOps consultants and rising stars, with whom you can share your worries if any. Humour and good spirit are what help the team crack cases for our clients in a wide range of industries.

• You have extensive experience with DevOps practices, especially in CI/CD or SCM
• You like solving problems and translate our customers‘ needs into a technical plan to help them achieve their business goals
• You have good conversation skills and demonstrate leadership 
• You communicate effectively, both with your customers and your colleagues
• You always seek to develop yourself and continuously learn new technologies
