Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Marimekko, a leading Finnish design company known for its original prints and vibrant colors, is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Officer to join our remote team based in Helsinki, Finland. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other digital communication channels. 2. Provide accurate information about Marimekko products, services, promotions, and policies. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints. 4. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized and efficient support. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Monitor chat traffic and prioritize incoming messages to maintain response time targets. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Passionate and driven individual with excellent communication skills. 4. Strong time management and strategic planning abilities. 5. Proficiency with chat software, CRM systems, and other digital tools. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. 8. Fluent in English (additional language skills a plus).
