Are you our driver of growth? We are looking for a sales-minded business developer to join our team as a Partner Development Manager.

About the role  

As a Partner Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop new and existing partnerships, focusing on building business area Commercial’s Sales & Service partner portfolio growth together with stakeholders in the organization. Your focus is on identifying new opportunities as well as developing our most important existing partnerships and partner related processes. Furthermore, you have an important role in selected development projects.

About the team
Your team is called Partners & Projects within the Sales & Service Finland unit, and we focus on developing our partner portfolio while also working with various cross-organization development projects. Our team is responsible for leading and developing important strategic partnerships, building new collaboration models and concepts to drive growth from our partner portfolio, in close collaboration with sales and other important stakeholders within Commercial. Together with the team, you will have the opportunity to grow your network and work with different kind of partners and development initiatives, from traditional lead to sales models to building completely new concepts. So, the playing field is wide, highly interesting, and full of opportunities.

  • You are a sales-minded business developer who enjoys working with complex cases and vast group of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • You have a structured and analytical mindset, and you are good at understanding end-to-end processes and co-dependencies. Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting networks comes naturally to you.
  • You possess good communication and presentation skills, in both Finnish and English.
  • Previous experience from project management, sales or partnerships is an asset but not a requirement - we will give you the tools and support to grow into this position.
