Job Description - Partner Sales Manager

To enhance our growth in process automation business, we are now looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager focusing on Valmet DNA sales through our global partner network. You are the key player ensuring the successful development of DCS sales through our system integrator channel.

As a Partner Sales Manager your main work tasks includes:

  • Developing and supporting the sales channels for process automation portfolio

  • Developing processes and tools and helping partners to improve their knowledge on our offering.

  • Influencing product development and R&D by communicating and verifying the customer requirements from the partner network.

In this position you also have an opportunity to obtain international experience when working with our partners and regional sales organization around the world.

The preferred location for this position is Tampere.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have several years of experience in distributed control systems.

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a suitable field.

  • You have a techno-commercial background and work experience with process industry or energy sector.

  • You are a result-oriented professional who can work with long-term targets and strategy.

  • You have customer-centric mindset, and you have the capability to turn customer problems into commercial solutions.

  • You are comfortable working in dynamic business environment, where you will need your problem-solving skills, sometimes under time pressure.

  • You are comfortable on working with customers and stakeholders in multicultural environment.

  • You enjoy working with technically advanced products and you are capable to finish what you start.

  • You are willing to travel to meet our customers, as our partner network is global

  • You have great communication and interpersonal skills and you can build and keep up good relationships with both external and internal stakeholders

  • You have good command of English language as it is essential in this position, other language skills are considered as an asset.
