In Finland, Adnami's position has established itself in a short time as an enabler of attention giving advertising solutions delivering business outcomes. Our solutions are offered by all of Finland's most significant advertisers, publishers and media agencies. Adnami’s advertising formats and technology are ultimately used by the world's most famous brands as well as large and smaller local advertisers. We are now looking for a Partnership Manager to grow the Finnish market with us.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

As Partnership Manager at Adnami, you will be our voice towards the Finnish media agencies and publishers. You will focus your efforts on establishing Adnami as the go-to solution for agencies and publishers. You will also help to raise the standards of our already high client service levels by nurturing these relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and cultivate existing agency and publisher relationships.
• Retain agency and publisher relationships by proactively reaching out to the market.
• Contribute to scalable account management operations for publishers and agencies.
• Provide proactive communication to agencies about ourgrowing publisher network, new products and seamless buying process.
• Resolve clients potential issues in an efficient, tactful manner and support them with solutions to prevent future problems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert.
• Provide clients with insights, recommendations and campaign & performance reporting.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a team player, curious and passionate about technology. You have a positive, solution-oriented mindset which shines through in your communication both internally and externally. You have digital experience, probably from another publisher, media agency, AdTech company or tech vendor from which you have generated a wide network. Besides this, we also expect that you:

• Structured and proactive by nature
• Have minimum 3 years of experience from the digital media industry
• Understand the programmatic digital advertising ecosystem.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation and presentation skills.
• Speak and write English & Finnish fluently.
• Premium skills in Excel and Powerpoint
• Have a wide media agency- and publisher network
