We are seeking 2 highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Patient Journey Partners (1 in Oncology & 1 in Ophthalmology) . In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care by connecting Roche's capabilities and resources to co-create solutions with key stakeholders involved in the patient journey. Your role is multifaceted, addressing diverse patient journey needs such as accelerating access to treatments, streamlining decision making, and managing cost pressures. You have a senior-level position within the affiliate, operating across functions without sales objectives. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where inclusion, learning and collaboration are key to success. The Opportunity
You steward Roche's products through their lifecycle and support their appropriate use
You are acting as a system-thinker, identifying shared purpose among stakeholders and co-creating solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem
You are co-leading the cross-functional disease area team and developing the disease area strategy
You are engaging with therapy area experts and other relevant stakeholders on a peer-to-peer level
You identify pain points and needs in the patient journey and collaborate with stakeholders to improve outcomes for patients, healthcare and for Roche
You serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche
You ensure exceptional experiences for stakeholders engaging with Roche employees, products, and services
Who You Are
You hold a Master's degree in life science, biology, immunology, economy, or business. Advanced degree in life science and/or MBA is a plus.
You have over 5 years of extensive experience collaborating with Therapy Area Experts in a customer-focused role (medical and/or commercial), leading cross-functional teams and developing strategies
You have strong business acumen and good understanding of the Finnish healthcare system, of research & development and evidence generation activities
Partnering experience with Patient Advocacy Groups is highly desired
You are fluent in written/ spoken Finnish & English languages and have ability to understand digital tools
