Payables Management Specialist, Uponor Oyj, Helsinki

We are now looking for a Specialist to Payable Management team for our client Uponor Oyj, a Finnish leading international supplier of construction and environmental engineer systems, for a fixed temporary employment until the end of January 2025.

The job entails working in an international environment within the payables management tasks of defined companies within the group. Payables Management Specialists are responsible for processing purchase invoices, make sure the VAT and accounting information is correct, and handling end-of-month tasks regarding AP.

You will be part of an international and diverse team of 15 people, so you won’t be left alone. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders such as procurement team, Controllers, and accounting team.

We expect you to have relevant education in accounting and previous experience in accounts payable tasks as well as understanding of financial systems. Previous experience from a financial shared service center is considered an advantage as well as experienced in Basware. Succeeding in the role requires fluent English skills. The ability to communicate in Finnish is considered an advantage.
