Payroll Specialist

Become a key player in our Payroll-team 

As a Payroll Specialist, you will have a versatile role in which you both have your own permanent operational tasks and will contribute with input to development projects across the organization. You will be an active player in the preparation of salaries in cooperation with an external supplier and the development of internal processes. You will have an exciting and varied everyday life with a wide contact surface and the opportunity to put your own mark. 

Your main tasks will be to: 

Participate in the monthly Finnish payroll run in cooperation with good colleagues and payroll system provider 

Participate in dialog with outsourcing consultant 

Handle salary-related issues and sparring in the organization 

Contribute with input for optimization of quality and processes

Contribute to reconciliations of salary and holiday pay in cooperation with the payroll controller

Reimbursement, maternity leave, bonus and holiday pay 

Report to public authorities 

Help with ad hoc tasks
