Location: The role can be based in either: Sweden, Norway, Finland or Denmark.
Working pattern: 3 days a week in the office, company travel across the Nordics and UK.
Reporting in to: Associate Vice President – PRA NE Hub
This role is accountable for leading the PRA team responsible for access and reimbursement across the in the NE Hub for Oncology, Autoimmune and Neurology.
The candidate must manage a team of individuals across the hub within the PRA department. As a result, the role requires strong people management/coaching skills to enable their team to develop and deliver in their roles.
You must be able to consider the knowledge of the external environment and the therapeutic area to devise the optimal payer strategy. The role also entails developing the strategic initiatives, payer materials, AAPs and supporting the local PRA and HTA/HO teams in their reimbursement dossier submission.
The role is also accountable for successful implementation of the payer strategy, measuring the impact of the payer programs and national access targets. The role is key in ensuring the overall market access strategy (nationally and locally) for all of the brands and requires being able to work successfully within the PRA department, cross-functionally with marketing, medical, sales and with the IBU team.
