Job Description - Account Manager - Finland

ILT Education is the leading EdTech company in the Nordics, also expanding actively. Account Manager

As Account Manager for ILT Education you will sell our flagship products directly to preschools and elementary schools and be responsible for achieving our goals by independently and proactively closing new business as well as looking after existing accounts.

This is a hybrid role where you share your time between the home office, client meetings, and at our office in central Helsinki.

Your mission

  • Account management
  • Identify and contact new leads and continue to expand our client base
  • Attend fairs and other events
  • Work closely with internal departments such as the Marketing and Product teams
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments within the EdTech area
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

What you'll bring to the team

  • Strong team player
  • Dedicated salesperson with a proven track record
  • Previous experience in the educational sector (preschool and elementary school)
  • A great network, especially in the school sector
  • High motivation with a genuine drive to succeed
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge within the Edtech sector (meritorious but not demanded)
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
