Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Account Support Manager to join our team at HMD Global in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key accounts, providing exceptional support and service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the accounts, understanding their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful execution of account strategies and initiatives - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling - Prepare regular reports and presentations to update internal and external stakeholders on account status and performance - Lead and manage projects related to key accounts, ensuring timely delivery and meeting or exceeding expectations - Provide training and support to account teams and sales representatives to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness in serving key accounts
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry - Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer service - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
