Account Support Representative - Work from home

IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are located in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI.

As an Account Support Representative, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing account inquiries and issues, processing orders, and assisting with account management tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail. You must have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
