Job Description:
Finnlines is seeking an energetic and dedicated Account Support Specialist to join our team in Helsinki. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in managing their accounts effectively.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of customer requests and projects - Analyze account performance data and provide insights to help clients achieve their business goals - Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss account progress and offer strategic guidance - Assist in the development of account plans and strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services or products - Implement innovative solutions to improve account management processes and enhance customer experience - Adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organization abilities - Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
