Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and resourceful Call Center Assistant to join our team at Enevo in Espoo, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information or resolve any issues they may have 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback 3. Assist customers with product or service related questions 4. Update customer information in the database 5. Work closely with the Call Center Manager to ensure a smooth operation 6. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service 7. Handle escalated calls with professionalism and efficiency 8. Provide feedback on call center processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Confident and resourceful personality 3. Strong project management skills 4. Ability to work well in a team environment 5. Excellent communication skills 6. Fluency in English and Finnish
