Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Elliptic Labs is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Finland. This is a full-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home, making it a great opportunity for those looking for a flexible work arrangement. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required, but 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

As a Call Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information - Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

To be successful in this role, you must be motivated and reliable, with strong persuasion and people management skills. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
