Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Kojamo, a leading company in the real estate industry, is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This is a full-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Documenting all interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system - Following communication scripts and company policies to ensure consistency and quality service - Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team goals - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job performance

Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Possesses emotional intelligence and excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
