Call Center Officer

Job Description:

ZenRobotics is currently seeking a highly motivated and independent Call Center Officer to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to customers for follow-up and resolution - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Providing product and service information to customers - Documenting all customer interactions in the database - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others - Driven and self-motivated - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Fluent in English and Finnish
