Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Outokumpu is seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role would be preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently. 3. Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed performance goals. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Motivated attitude with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Negotiation and persuasion skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
