Job Description:
Omocom is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Espoo, Uusimaa. As a full-time entry-level position, this role requires no prior experience, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and complaints. 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and promote our products and services. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall call center performance and customer experience.
Requirements: - Driven and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs. - Innovative thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and problem-solving. - Proficiency in using customer service software, such as CRM systems, ticketing tools, and call center applications. - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. - Proficiency in the local language and English.
