Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Swappie is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team and work from home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries or issues 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues 3. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 4. Providing accurate information to customers and promoting company products and services 5. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining records in the company database 6. Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals and objectives 7. Meeting individual and team performance targets and KPIs 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times 9. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent
