Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Curious AI is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat communication. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support and assistance via chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. 4. Assist with product recommendations and upselling to customers. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 6. Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer support or chat support role. 2. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong time management and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems.
