Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

10Monkeys, a leading educational technology company based in Espoo, Uusimaa, is seeking a full-time Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and technical issues. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to our educational platforms and software. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and successful resolution of issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate more complex issues and provide ongoing technical support. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information to customers. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. 3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 4. Previous experience in a customer support role preferred. 5. Must be driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
