Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Chat Support Associate to join our team at MariaDB in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through our chat platform. You will interact with customers to resolve their issues and answer their queries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a prompt and efficient manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. 3. Research and gather information to resolve complex issues. 4. Document customer interactions and solutions accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills and customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 3. Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening. 4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Knowledge of databases and SQL would be a plus.
