Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

ICEYE is looking for a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat communication. This position is full-time with an Associate Level seniority, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through chat communication. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems related to ICEYE products and services. 3. Research solutions to customer queries and provide accurate and helpful information. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. 5. Document customer interactions and case details in the chat support system. 6. Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and follow up on customer concerns. 7. Uphold ICEYE's high standards of customer service and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful personality. 2. Strong research and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Familiarity with chat support tools and technology. 6. Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
