Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team at Huhtamaki in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner via chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers. 3. Assist customers with order placements, product information, and account management. 4. Document all customer interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Driven and reliable personality traits. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 7. Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as needed.
