Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team at Kesko in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers - Managing and resolving customer complaints - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Resourceful and driven individual who is able to work independently - Excellent attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Fluency in English and Finnish languages
