Chat Support Specialist

Job Description: IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Provide technical support for our quantum computing products - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to think innovatively and solve problems creatively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluency in English and Finnish - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred - Knowledge of quantum computing is a plus
