Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Enevo is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team and work remotely from home. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and assisting with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role requires a high level of independence and strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address questions, concerns, and provide support - Monitor client accounts and proactively reach out to offer assistance or solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries - Analyze client data and provide strategic recommendations for improving their experience with our products or services - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Energetic and outgoing personality with a strong sense of independence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
