Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Marimekko is seeking a motivated and confident Client Relations Officer to join our team. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This is a work-from-home position, located in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions - Identifying clients' needs and recommending products or services that meet those needs - Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or feedback - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Providing support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and information - Contributing to the development of client retention strategies and tactics

Requirements: - Motivated and confident individual with the ability to work independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities - Experience in people management or customer service is a plus - Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
