Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team at Smartly.io. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from your home in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. This is an entry-level role, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve our products and services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits to handle challenging situations and drive results - Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address client issues efficiently - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
