Remote Client Service Associate

Job description:

Ponsse is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a Remote Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products and services - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and acquire new clients - Prepare reports on client satisfaction and feedback to improve overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant information - Contribute to the development of new client service strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in client service or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Innovative mindset and strong project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
