Job Description:
Kamux is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients remotely to provide support and assistance - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Assist in resolving client issues and escalations - Utilize project management skills to coordinate client projects - Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide insights to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs and achieve company goals
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Proven project management experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English, both written and spoken - Must be detail-oriented and organized
