Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Kesko is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service remotely.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to address their inquiries and concerns - Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues efficiently - Utilize exceptional presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives in the client service department

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
