Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

SSH Communications Security is seeking a confident and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team in Helsinki, FI. This position is full-time and offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide assistance and support to clients regarding our products and services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients - Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasion and planning skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
