Client Support Assistant

Job description:

ZenRobotics is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Assistant to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Client Support team in providing excellent customer service to our clients - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure their satisfaction - Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client feedback and improve processes - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with resilience - Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities - Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
