Job Description:
ZenRobotics is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our remote team based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, providing them with training and guidance on how to use our products effectively - Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex problems - Keep accurate records of client interactions and update the client database with relevant information - Continuously monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new strategies to enhance the overall client experience
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles - Independent and passionate individual who thrives in a remote work environment - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client requests simultaneously - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred
