As a Remote Client Support Manager at Tamturbo, based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients in a remote setting. This position is full-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical support and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Manage client accounts, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support. 4. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. 5. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a client support role, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 7. Adaptability and strong analytical skills. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
