Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Blueprint Genetics is seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, passionate about healthcare, and possess strong cooperation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of client issues. 3. Assist clients with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and accessing information about our services. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products and services. 7. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by actively engaging with team members.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or client support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 8. Demonstrated ability to cooperate with colleagues and negotiate with clients.
