Client Support Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a Client Support Officer to join our team at Cargotec in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and efficient manner. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, confident, and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Investigate and resolve client issues, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary - Provide product information and guidance to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Energetic and confident attitude - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
