As a Client Support Representative at Omocom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. - Assist clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may encounter. - Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. - Work closely with the sales and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Demonstrated resilience in handling challenging situations and finding creative solutions. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. - No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
