Remote Client Support Representative

Seriously Digital Entertainment is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. We are looking for an individual who is independent, resilient, and possesses strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

As a Remote Client Support Representative, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote or online environment. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also essential for success in this role.
