Job Description:
Metsä Group is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve any issues. 5. Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet client needs efficiently. 6. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve client satisfaction. 7. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide updates on progress. 8. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptable and energetic personality traits. 5. Proficient in people and project management. 6. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 8. Experience using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
