Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Support Representative at Kojamo, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate client records, processing orders, and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
