Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description: Fortum is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or related fields. The Remote Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues they may have - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients regarding our products or services - Use various software applications to maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for client support - Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Finnish languages - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
