Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team at Hilton in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a remote contact center representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from guests in a professional and courteous manner 2. Resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner 3. Providing information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions 4. Processing reservations and cancellations accurately 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times 7. Achieving performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field 2. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic 3. Attention to detail and analytical skills 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent
