Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Yeply in Helsinki, Finland. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy. 2. Assist customers in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing information about our products and services. 3. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Utilize the company's CRM system to document customer interactions and track issues.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 3. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Hardworking and resilient attitude to handle difficult situations. 5. Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions to customer problems. 6. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
