Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Assistant at Qt Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions. You will work closely with the customer care team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed - Stay up-to-date on product features and updates to better assist customers


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
